School & Work Notes:

While we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule, there may be times when school or work are missed to attend therapy appointments.  In this case, our office will provide official notes to submit for excused absences from school and/or work.  

Collaboration:

Collaboration between providers, caregivers, and other stakeholders involved in your care or your child's care is imperative and beneficial to the overall treatment process.  With proper consent and documentation, Brittany works with other providers to ensure effective continuity of care. 

Inclement Weather:

In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen events, our office will follow the guidelines aligned with Aledo ISD.  Late starts/delays and early releases will also be considered with the scheduling of appointments.  In such circumstances, virtual appointments may be offered, when appropriate.    

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify our office at least 24-hours in advance.  The following forms of contact may serve as notice of cancellation, if within the 24-hour window:

Please note:  A $75 fee will be charged to your payment method on file for cancellations less than 24-hours or completely no showing for your scheduled appointment.

Late Policy:

If you are running late or foresee you will be late for an appointment, please notify our office immediately.  In most cases, Brittany will work to adjust the schedule to allow for your appointment as long as it's within a 15-minute window of your original appointment time. 

Calling or Texting at 817-213-6734 is the best way to notify our office when you're running late.
